Systems Support Specialist

I sought employment at SFA to find new opportunities and meet professionals in my community. I have worked for multiple departments, and have gained experience in troubleshooting helpdesk questions, creating online flash tutorials, WebCT6 support, and providing I.T. support for the Author Temple College of Forestry and Agriculture.

John R. Hibbard Company
I.T. Manager

I started working for John R. Hibbard Company to connect multifunction copiers to customer networks. In my spare time I converted the office dialup into a small LAN with an email and web server. After completing the office network, I began to market networking service contracts to other small and medium sized businesses. This resulted in a networking department servicing 12 customer networks and generating over $2500 monthly in revenues, which I managed.
